The hotel offered a free room upgrade, which was possibly more spacious. The rooms, while clean, had a strong smell like old pipe water. However, they were equipped with enough facilities. The service was overall helpful, although a little inconsistency was noted with the restaurant staff. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and with Halal breakfast available for Muslims. The dining options included a mix of traditional Vietnamese dishes and Continental breakfast. The facilities were sufficient to meet basic needs.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were so clean and tidy, which made my stay really satisfying, especially since I checked in after 3:00 am. The friendly team made me feel comfortable throughout, although I found the breakfast time ending early a bit disappointing.
The hotel rooms had some issues with cleanliness and space but the service, location, and dining experience were great. It offers a nice view on the top floor but lacks some advertised amenities.
